The system obtains the surface contour point cloud data of the object through a 3D depth camera, performs intelligent analysis and processing on the point cloud data, calculates the real-time coordinates of the current object, and uses the robot's automatic path planning and automatic anti-collision technology to guide the robot to automatically grab in real time.

The machine matches speech to labels through speech recognition, semantic analysis, vectorization and other processes, and then matches the image of the grasped object with visual recognition and trained models. Finally, the robotic arm can provide a fast, high-quality and accurate grasping experience.


With force perception function

XiaoU Tech industrial robot arm is equipped with a load parameter identification function, which can accurately identify parameters such as load mass, center of mass and inertia. These parameters are combined with the dynamic model and friction model to calculate the feedforward torque, which is fed back to the controller. After comparison and analysis, the optimal control torque is obtained, thereby enabling the robot arm to achieve high trajectory accuracy.


In addition, the Xiaoyou intelligent industrial robot arm has a collision detection function. When a collision occurs, the robot arm will stop immediately and move a short distance in the opposite direction along the previous walking path to release residual stress. When the collision alarm is confirmed, there is no need to re-power on, and the robot arm can continue to work along the previous path.
