Analysis on the current situation and future development potential of China's industrial manipulator industry

  my country's industrial robots started in the early 1970s, and their development process can be roughly divided into four stages: the embryonic stage in the 1970s; the development stage in the 1980s; and the practical stage in the 1990s. manipulators; hardware design technology of industrial robot control and drive systems; design and 

programming technology of robot software; kinematics and trajectory planning technology; arc welding, 

spot welding and large-scale robot automatic production lines and peripheral supporting equipment 

development and preparation technology. Some key technologies have reached or are close to the world 

level.

  At present, the development of my country's robot industry is experiencing a critical stage from

used automated mechanical device is the robotic arm. In addition to the industrial field, robotic arms can 

also be used in other fields such as entertainment services, medical medicine, and military. Robotic arms 

usually refer to a series of mutually articulated or relatively sliding components that can imitate the 

functions of human arms and complete various operations. Automatic control equipment, it can move 

objects or tools according to the requirements of spatial posture changes, so as to complete the operation 

requirements of a certain industrial production. Robotic arm technology can not only improve production 

efficiency, but also save labor costs. Therefore, the robotics industry will become another large-scale 

high-tech industry after automobiles and computers, and my country's industrial robotic arm industry has 

great growth potential.


  Domestic industrial robotic arm technology started late, but with the continuous increase in domestic labor

costs, industrial robotic arms are becoming more and more important to the manufacturing industry, and 

China is in a critical period of enterprise transformation and upgrading. As an important equipment that 

cannot be replaced by advanced manufacturing, the application and popularization of industrial robotic 

arms will inevitably become the priority choice of enterprises.


  According to the development plan of Made in China 2025, the future manufacturing industry will form a 

new model of integration of new generation information technology and manufacturing, and strive to 

achieve China's transformation from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing power. Intelligent 

manufacturing is the core of Made in China 2025, and the application of industrial robotic arms is the key. 

Intelligent manufacturing with industrial robotic arms as the core has become an important means to 

promote the transformation and upgrading of my country's manufacturing industry. In the future, with the
